This is our second visit to Babbling Brook. It is a wonderful B&B and ideally situated for walking into Keswick. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We will definitely be back next year.

We stayed at the Babbling Brook Guesthouse earlier this year. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was beautiful and the location perfect. The stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable & clean with a lovely cooked breakfast. Great location & views from room 5. Bedroom spacious with use of shared bathroom across the landing. 5 minute walk into town. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Friendly welcoming and received some excellent recommendations for food. Comfortable, quiet room with WiFi and terrific breakfast. The best part was that we were within walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. Keswick was the most surprising destination on our trip! We were blown away by the beauty of the area and the fun city centre. Hoping to go back.. soon!

Really nice stay in Babbling Brook: the staff is extremely nice and gentle, rooms and facilities are nice and clean, breakfast is good and location is great. And Wi-Fi in the rooms. Definitely worthwhile.
